摘要: 摘要:针对某厂两台采用前后墙对冲燃烧方式锅炉机组临检后出现的结焦严重问题,对结焦的原因进行分析并采取了严格管控入炉煤质、调整运行参数及燃烧方式等措施,结焦现象明显好转。

Abstract: Abstract:In the two front and backwalls opposed firing boilers of a power pant, serious slagging problem was occurred after unplanned overhaul. Aiming at this problem, the reasons of slagging were analyzed. Some measures, such as to cntrol the quality of as fired coal and to adjust the operation parameters and combustion mode, were adopted, and the slsgging phenmenon was obviously improved.
