摘要:随着市场煤源的不断变化,为将多煤种按最佳比例进行配购,使其量、质指标能够满足锅炉设计指标要求并降低综合煤价,提出了动力配煤煤质计算模型,按此模型对某电厂 #4锅炉进行了燃煤掺配试验,既保证了机组运行煤质参数又降低了综合煤价。

Abstract:

Abstract:The market coal supply is changing everywhen. In order to perchase coal of multiple grades according to optimal ratio to ensure the blended coal quality can satisfy the requirement of boiler design indexes and to reduce comprehensive coal price, a power coal quality calculation model was developed. According to this model, a coal blending experiment for the boiler No.4 of a power plant was carried out. The coal quality parameters of unit operation were ensured, and the comprehensive coal price was reduced.
