摘要:针对1039MW超超临界机组锅炉的运行状况,在建立数据传输物理链接通道和软件监测模型的基础上,根据试验和试运行期间的吹灰报警规律,提出智能吹灰整体方案,增强了系统的操作性能,提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。

Abstract:

Abstract:Aiming at the operation situation of the boiler of 1039MW ultra supercritical unit, based on the data transmission phasical link channel and the software monitor model, according to the law of soot blow alarm during test and commisioning, an overall plan of intelligent soot blow was developped. The operating performance of the system was enhanced, and the safety and economic efficience of the unit were improved.
