非典型凝汽器海水泄漏原因分析及对策

摘要:针对广东惠州天然气发电有限公司两起非典型凝汽器海水泄漏事件进行分析,发现一起是由于凝汽器二次滤网的压差变送器冲洗水管道存在安装缺陷,导致凝汽器漏入海水,另一起是由于之前钛管泄漏封堵后,破损的钛管中积存海水。采取相应的处理措施后,海水泄漏问题顺利解决,保证了机组安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:After analyzing two accidents of nontypical condenser sea water leakagein Guangdong Huizhou Natural Gas Power Generation Company Limited, one case is found to be generated byinstallation defects of flushing pipe of differential pressure transmitteron condenser′ secondary strainer; inthe other case, it was theremains of sea waters in titanium tube during a previoustube leakage restoring work. After taking appropriate measures, the water leakage problem is solved successfully, toguarantee the safety and stability of generating set.
