摘要：针对某电厂一起PT二次回路短路引起的发电机启停机保护动作故障，经故障查找、处理及发电机定子接地原理分析，最终确定PT二次回路引出线端子处短路。给出了区分定子一次设备接地与二次回路短路的方法，并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:

Abstract:In a power plant, a short circuit fault of PT secondary loop occurred and caused the generator start and stop protection to act. Based fault seeking, fault treatment and analysis on generator stator grounding principle, it was determined that a short fault occurred in output terminals of PT secondary loop. The method to distinguish the stator primary equipment grounding fault and the secondary loop short circuit fault was given, and relevant suggestions were proposed.
