摘要:广东某电厂110V直流控制系统一点接地报警时,因运行人员在投入安稳装置保护出口压板过程中错误使用万用表,导致运行中的 #1, #2机组跳闸。对事故原因进行了分析,提出了相应的预防措施和改进意见。

Abstract:

Abstract:In a certain power plant in Guangdong, when the 110V DC control system sounded an alarm, the operating personnel misused multimeter in the process of using stability control device to protect outlet pressing plate, and it caused the running No.1 and No.2 units tripped. This paper analyzed the reason and proposed the corresponding prevention measures and improvements.
