摘要：黑启动是发电厂在全厂失电情况下安全生产自救的必要措施，是保护电网安全运行的重要措施。论述了马来西亚沙巴SPR 100MW燃气轮机联合循环发电厂黑启动试验的目的、要求及通过标准，并重点介绍了黑启动试验操作步骤及注意事项。

Abstract:

Abstract:The black start is necessary selfhelp measure of power plant for safety production under powerloss situation in whole plant, and it is also an important measure to protect the power grid to operate safely. The purpose, the requirement and the pass criteria of the black start test in Sabah SPR 100MW gassteam combined cycle power plant in Malaysia were expounded. The operation step of black start test and the matters needing attention were introduced emphatically.
