声表面波测温技术在风电场中的应用

摘要:为了避免高压电器设备的开关触点在长期运行过程中发生火灾事故,提出了一种基于声表面波的测温技术,分析了该测温技术与传统测温技术的不同点,介绍了声表面波的测温原理并形成了完整的无源无线测温系统。系统应用于某风电场变频器柜内温度的测量,运行情况良好,能够实时、准确地测量柜内各测点的温度。

Abstract:

Abstract:In order to avoid the fire accident in switch contacts of highvoltage electrical equipments during longterm operation, a temperature measurement technology based on surface acoustic wave was proposed. The differences between the temperature measurement technology and the traditional temperature measurement technology were analyzed. The temperature measurement theory using surface acoustic wave was introduced, and a complete passive wireless temperature measurement system was developed. The system is used in the converter cabinet of a wind farm to measure inside cabnet temperature and operates well, and the temperature of the measurement points inside the cabinet can be measured real time and accurately.
