摘要:以华电能源股份有限公司牡丹江第二发电厂C250/N300-16.7/537/1537型汽轮机为例,介绍了小机热泵系统的技术特点,论述了汽轮机、气泵及热泵的技术规范,分析了热泵的经济性,针对热泵改造后存在的问题进行分析并给出了解决措施。实践证明,吸收式热泵技术是一项技术成熟、运行经济、安全可靠的热回收技术,改造后取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

Abstract:

Abstract:Taking the steam turbine C250/N300-16.7/537 of Mudanjiang Second Power Plant as example, the technical features of the heat pump system of the small turbine(feed pump driving turbine)were introduced. The technical specifications of the steam turbine, the steam pump and the heat pump were expounded. The economical effect of the heat pump was analyzed. The problems existing in reformed heat pump system were analyzed, and the solutions were given. The practice verifies that the absorption heat pump technology is a mature, economical, safe and reliable heat recovery technology. Favorable social and economic effects were obtained due to the reformation.
