摘要:1000MW机组锅炉送风机快速减负荷(RB)试验失败并引发锅炉灭火,组织了现场燃烧诊断试验,通过试验、历史数据分析和现场锅炉燃烧情况观测,对引发锅炉灭火的原因进行了深入分析,并提出了相应的整改措施。部分措施落实后,锅炉燃烧情况明显改善,并成功组织了锅炉送风机RB试验。

Abstract:

Abstract:A RUNBACK(RB)test of forced draft fans for boiler in 1000MW plant unit failed and caused the boiler extinguished. An onsite combustion diagnosis test is carried out. After that, a deep analysis on the results of the test, history data and the onsite combustion conditions and corresponding rectification measures are given. After the implementation of the rectification measures, the boiler combustion condition is improved significantly and the RB test of forced draft fans for boiler is carried out successfully.
