摘要:以某600MW超超临界机组为例,分析了汽轮机高中压转子弯曲引起的轴瓦振动超标的问题,给出了具体的处理办法,为同类型机组高中压转子两端加重平衡弯曲方案的实施提供了依据。

Abstract:

Abstract:Taking a 600MW ultra supercritical coal power unit as an example, the bearing bush excessive vibration caused by the rotor bending of the steam turbine is analyzed and the exact solutions are given, which provides the basis forsolving the same type troubles by increasing the rotor weight at the both ends.
