摘要:根据DL/T 12902013《直接空冷机组真空严密性试验方法》规定,汽轮机在运行中需要定期进行真空严密性试验,用以检查机组真空系统的严密性。对直接空冷机组而言,由于其凝汽器冷却介质是空气,所以凝汽器冷却效果受环境因素影响较为突出。在进行机组真空严密性试验时,环境因素对试验结果的影响同样较大。介绍了直接空冷机组真空严密性试验的方法,分析了影响试验结果的主要因素,评价了试验结果的准确性,提出了通过机组运行参数判断真空系统泄漏的方法。

Abstract:

Abstract:According to the regulations of DL/T 12902013: Test Method on Vacuum Tightness of Direct Aircooled Generating Unit, a vacuum tightness test must be carried out at fixed period in the operation of a steam turbine in order to check the tightness of the unit vacuum system. For direct aircooled generating unit, the cooling effect of a condenser is greatly influenced by environment factors because the cooling
medium of condenser is air. Similarly, the test results are also greatly influenced by environment factors when doing a vacuum tightness test. This paper introduced the test method on vacuum tightness of direct air
cooled generating unit, and analyzed the major factors which affect test results. Then the accuracy of test results is evaluated and a judgment method of vacuum system leakage through unit operation parameters is proposed.
