摘要:针对传统塔机固定式基础存在的较多弊端,采用钢梁式底架代替承台桩式基础对其进行改造。通过计算,改造后的底架一字梁和原有的环梁强度满足要求,整体刚度也满足要求。实践证明,钢梁式底架具有很多优点,改造具有较高的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:

Abstract:For the shortcomings of stationary base of traditional tower crane, this paper used the steel beam typed underframe instead of pile cap
typed base to transform the crane.The results of calculations show that the straight beam of transformed underframe and the original ring beam can meet the strength and integral rigidity requirements well.Practices show that the steel beam typed underframe has many advantages and the transformation has high feasibility and practicality.
