摘要:火力发电机组抽汽回热系统中的加热器主要是表面式加热器,其疏水的排出方式对机组整个热力系统的热经济性存在一定影响。基于等效焓降法并结合工程实例,对低压加热器疏水系统加装疏水泵和加装疏水冷却器2种联合运行疏水方式进行研究,结果表明:低压加热器疏水系统加装疏水泵和疏水冷却器后,较疏水逐级自流方式而言,机组的热经济性都有所提高。最后对2种联合运行方式的优、缺点作出了评价。

Abstract:

Abstract:Most extraction and recycle system of thermal power generation unit adopted surface heater.The dewatering method negatively affected the heat economy.Based on equivalent heat drop method and projects practice,this paper studied on combined dewatering,and indicated that low pressure heater dewatering system installed with dewatering pump or dewatering cooler would provide higher heat economy than drained waterartesian flow.This paper also evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of these two combined dewatering method.
