摘要:贵州某电厂2×600MW超临界机组运行1年后烟囱GD-APC防腐层出现脱落,对防腐层碎片进行了宏观分析、能谱分析及扫描电子显微镜分析,确认防腐层脱落的主要原因是施工时未严格按工艺进行控制以及运行过程中烟气温度突变,最后给出了设计、施工及运行阶段的建议。

Abstract:
Abstract:The GD-APC hybrid polymeric corrosion resistance coatings drop off after one year operation in the stack of 2×600 MW hypercritical coal power units in a power plant of Guizhou province.The coating chips are analyzed through macro structure microscope,energy spectrum analysis microscope and scanning electron microscope.The main reasons are that the fume gas temperature changes abruptly and the construction is not strictly under the control of the construction procedures.At last,advice is give about the design,construction and operation stage.
