摘要:随着智能变电站建设的进一步发展,大量的智能设备就地安装于户外机柜内。由于户外机柜的防护等级要求较高,其内部空间相对密闭,内部环境温度易受内部设备热耗及外部太阳辐射的影响。通过对南京某地区晴天太阳辐射模型的研究,计算户外机柜太阳辐射得热量,并据此结果结合ICEPAK软件的仿真,设计合理的通风散热方式,为柜内智能设备可靠运行提供保障。

Abstract:

Abstract:With the further development of intelligent substations construction,a large quantity of intelligent equipment is locally mounted in outdoor cabinets.Due to higher requirements on protection grade of outdoor cabinets,their inner space is relatively airtight,and their internal ambient temperature is liable to be affected by heat consumption of internal devices and external solar radiation.On the basis of the research on clear sky solar radiation model in a certain region of Nanjing,solar heat gain of outdoor cabinets is calculated.A rational way of ventilation and heat dissipation is designed based on the calculated result in conjunction with the simulation of ICEPAK software,providing guarantees for the reliable operation of intelligent equipment in the cabinets.
