摘要:分析了某电厂300MW机组亚临界锅炉烟风系统阻力状况,结合机组超低排放改造,提出整体优化改造方案。通过电袋除尘系统扩容改造、中间热媒体烟气换热器(MGGH)系统改造、“引增合一”改造、风机选型、优化系统烟风阻力状况,解决了原烟风系统阻力大的问题。在满足机组超低排放环保要求的前提下,使机组烟风系统能耗控制在较低水平。

Abstract:After analyzing a power plant’s 300MW unit subcritical boiler flue gas system, combined with ultralow emission reconstruction, an improvement plan was indicated. By electrostaticbag precipitator extend, media gasgas heater improvement, fan collection and system resistance improvement, existing flue gas system resistance was reduced. Besides fulfilling environment  protection requirement, the power consumption was reduced.
