摘要:中储式乏气送粉系统的三次风总体风量、湿度较大,煤粉浓度、温度较低,布置方式不仅对锅炉燃烧、飞灰影响较大,也对锅炉NOx排放起着举足轻重的作用。针对不同低氮燃烧技术改造案例,分析了三次风布置方式对锅炉燃烧和NOx排放的影响,提出了中储式乏气送粉、四角切圆燃烧锅炉低氮燃烧技术改造的优选方案,为同类型机组低氮改造提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:The tertiary air of vent pulverized coal handling system has high total air flow, high humidity, low coal density and low temperature. Its layout will impact boiler combustion, fly ash and NOxemission. Based on different lownitrogen combustion improvement cases, effect of tertiary air layout to boiler outlet oxynitride emission was analyzed. The improvement plan of pulverized coal tangentially fired boiler was indicated, which could be referred by similar project.
