摘要:某电厂机组空气预热器采用机械密封和疏导风机密封相结合的方式,结合该机组实际运行情况,进行190MW负荷下的疏导风机最佳出力试验,测试疏导风机不同频率下的锅炉效率、空气预热器漏风率、风机耗电量、供电煤耗和机组燃煤费用等,比较疏导风机不同出力下机组的经济性。试验表明,机组在190MW负荷下,空气预热器疏导风机最佳频率为47Hz,机组每年可节约费用约4.8万元。

Abstract:

Abstract:A certain air preheater of power plant is adopting a combination of mechanical seal and grooming fan seal.Under the real operating
situation,a optimum capacity test of grooming fan under 190
MW was conducted to test its boiler efficiency,air leakage rate of air preheater,power consumption of fan,power supply coal consumption and the cost of coal at different frequencies.The test shows that
under 190
MW,the best frequency conversion of air preheater of grooming fan is 47Hz,which can save 48000 yuan for the unit.
