摘要:针对600MW汽轮机中压调节阀伺服阀卡涩故障,提出了3种在线更换伺服阀方案,通过方案对比论证,最终优选了一种安全风险最低的方案,并制定了在线更换中压调节阀伺服阀的措施。同时对伺服阀卡涩的原因进行分析,提出相关的整改措施。

Abstract:

Abstract:As for the jam fault of the servo valve of the 600MW steam turbine,three online replacements scheme were put forward.compared with each other,the minimum risk scheme was selected ultimately.The measures were taken at the time of changing the medium pressure servo valve.At the same time,the reasons for the servo valve jam were analyzed,and the relevant measures were put forward.
