摘要:通过对锅炉二次风机电动机轴承损坏事故进行分析,从事故特征确定原因为电动机产生轴电流。分析了电动机产生轴电流的原因及对轴承的损害,将电动机非轴伸端端盖改为绝缘端盖后,消除了故障隐患。

Abstract:

Abstract:Based on the analysis of boiler secondary air fan motor bearing damage accident,accident cause was determined as shaft current generated by motor.This paper analyzed the cause of shaft current and the damage of bearing.After change the nondriving end shield to
isolated shield,hidden danger was eliminated.
