摘要:

摘要:对某电厂超超临界锅炉前墙水冷壁泄漏原因进行分析,从结构、设计、管子组织与性能、运行等方面进行论述,指出高温运行过程中前墙水冷壁异常膨胀、管子性能与组织异常、焊接工艺不当、结构设计造成的水冷壁局部应力过大以及运行过程中的热应力是引起水冷壁失效的主要原因,针对以上原因提出了针对性的治理措施。

Abstract:

Abstract:From the structure,design,piping,performance,operation and other aspects,this paper analyzed a power plant’s boiler front wall water wall leakage accident.And indicated that the main causes of this accident are water wall abnormal expansion,improper welding process,water wall over pressure due to structure design and thermal stress while operation.This paper also included treatment measures.
