摘要:某电厂磨煤机大型交流电动机轴承在运行中经常出现高温、异音现象,轴承易损坏,影响了机组的正常运行。对隐患原因进行了分析,并提出了防止形成轴电流、防止轴承温度过高等改善措施,经验证,改造在实际应用中取得了良好效果。

Abstract:

Abstract:There often happened the high temperature,abnormal sound and the damage in the large AC motor shaft during the operation,which affected the normal operation of the power unit.The causes for the hidden dangers were analyzed and the measures that prevented the shaft from the high temperature and the axis current formation were taken.The results showed that these reform measures achieved a good effect in the practical application.
