摘要:

摘要:针对火力发电厂常规循环冷却水处理工艺存在的加药精确度差、水质分析及监测不及时、浓缩倍率不稳定等问题,提出了循环冷却水全自动化处理方案:自动投加阻垢缓蚀剂和杀菌剂,自动控制冷却水排污,在线监测pH值、金属腐蚀速率、浊度、污垢热阻、污垢沉积速率、补水量及加药量,出现问题前、后能及时做出预判和处理。实现循环冷却水全自动化处理后,可提高循环冷却水系统运行的安全性,节约水资源,降低运行成本,提高运行管理效率。

Abstract:

Abstract:For the problems that existed in the conventional circulating cooling water treatment technology of coal fired power plant,such as poor dosing accuracy,delayed water quality analysis and monitoring,and unstable concentration ratio,etc.This paper proposed a full automatic processing scheme for recirculating cooling water,which could realize theauto additionof anti scale corrosion inhibitor and bactericide,autocontrol ofthe cooling waterblowdown,online monitoring of the pH,corrosion rateof metal, turbidity,fouling resistance,fouling deposition rate,adding quantity of water and drugs,etc.In addition,the scheme also could make a predictionbefore problem occurs and deal with the problem in time.In short,the realization of full automatic process of recirculating cooling water improves the operation security of recirculating cooling water system, saves water,reducesoperation costsand promotes operation management efficiency.
