摘要:云南华电鲁地拉水电有限公司#5发电机变压器组在投产前,零起升压过程中六氟化硫封闭式组合电器(GIS)发生击穿放电,对事故原因进行了分析,通过试验方案比选,确定处理后的加压部位和试验标准。经过解体检查,确认事故直接原因为安装过程中未严格执行工艺流程,粉尘异物未能清理彻底,并提出了防范措施。

Abstract:

Abstract:GIS of Yunnan Huadian Ludila Hydraulic Power Plant Company Limited No.5 generator transformer was disruptive discharging whole stepping up from zero before put into operation.After analyzing accident causes and comparing test plans.After disassemble inspection,the direct caused was determined as installation was not strictly follow the procedure,dust was not clean up.Preventive measurements were indicated.
