摘要:目前国内火电厂中储式制粉系统最佳通风量的计算公式均按照DL/T 51452002《火力发电厂制粉系统设计计算技术规定》进行,而实际运行中受排粉机进口通风量测点布置及掺配煤硬度的影响,无法给出准确的运行指导。对上述标准中的计算公式进行简化,在保证计算精度的基础上有效地降低了制粉系统损耗,并对简化公式进行了综合简化推导和误差分析。

Abstract:

Abstract:The calculation formula for optimum ventilation in fired power plants pulverzer are “computing power plants milling system technical
requirements” in accordance with DL/T 5145—2002.The accurate operation guidance can not be given as a result of imports ventilation measuring points and blending Blending Hardness of mill. The formula for calculating the above criteria is simplified and the milling system effectively reduces the loss on the basis of accuracy.A comprehensive and simplified error analysis are conducted.
