摘要:以四川广安发电有限责任公司6台汽轮发电机组的汽轮机阀门运行情况为例,设计了一款汽轮机阀门状态诊断系统,基于汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)内部硬件监控和通信技术,直接采集DEH和伺服机构数据,通过编写程序,分析实时和历史数据,判断汽轮机阀门性能和状态是否良好,把对汽轮机阀门状态的诊断、报警以及试验和维护集成到人机交互界面中,形成一套在线监控汽轮机阀门状态的软件系统。该系统诊断及时、准确、直观,经济效益突出。

Abstract:

Abstract:Taking the turbine valve operation of six turbine plants in Sichuan Guangan Power Plant Company Limited as an example,the valve state diagnosis system for steam turbine is designed which is based on DEH internal hardware monitoring and communication technologies, and directly acquires DEH and servo data.The turbine valve performance and condition are judged by programming,analyzing real time and historical data.The state of the turbine valve monitoring,alarm and turbine valve test and maintenance are integrated into the man machine interface,which has a diagnostic accuracy,simplify,facilitate intuitive features.The system are timely diagnosis,accurate,intuitive and economic prominence.
