摘要:通过直接烧结法制备并研究了储热用Al2O3陶瓷封装材料在熔融LiNO3中的腐蚀过程。X射线衍射分析和扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)分析发现,制备的陶瓷封装材料化学组成稳定,其成分主要为硅酸盐矿物。该封装陶瓷的熔盐浸泡试验表明,随着浸泡时间的延长,陶瓷试样的质量先增加后降低。当浸泡时间为10h时,其质量增加了2.4%,而当浸泡时间延长至50h时,其质量在初始质量的基础上减少了1.9%,并于100h时减少了2.3%。通过SEM形貌分析可知,随着浸泡时间的延长,其表面逐渐被腐蚀。以上结果表明,制备的陶瓷具有较好的热稳定性能,可以作为蓄热熔盐的封装材料。

Abstract:In this paper,an Al2O3 ceramic packaging material for heat storage was prepared using direct sintering method and its corrosion behavior in molten LiNO3 was researched.Through the analyses of X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope (SEM),it was found that the chemical composition of prepared ceramic packaging material is stable and the main ingredients are silicate minerals.The molten salt immersion test of the ceramic packaging material showed that the weight of ceramic sample first increases and then decreases as the extension of immersion time.The weight losses of ceramic sample that based on its initial weight are -2.4% (weight gain),1.9% and 2.3% when the immersion times are 10h,50h and 100h,respectively.Through the morphology analysis of SEM,it was found that the surface of ceramic sample is corroded gradually as the extension of immersion time.The results showed that the prepared ceramic has good thermal stability and it could be used as the packing material for heat storage molten salt.
