摘要:分布式光伏发电柔性并网接口设备集成了继电保护、测控、电能质量控制、远动、谐波治理等功能,用于分布式光伏发电系统与电网的连接,实现对分布式光伏发电的统一管理,是分布式光伏发电实现“即插即用”的重要技术手段。介绍了分布式光伏发电柔性并网接口设备的具体研究内容,提出了主控机箱+分控模块的方式,解决了分布式发电单元低功率运行时谐波大的问题,且接口处实现了防孤岛功能。

Abstract:The flexible grid interface equipment for distributed photovoltaic power generation integrates most of the functions of distributed photovoltaic power generation equipment, such as the relay protection,measurement and control, electric power quality control,telecontrol and harmonic elimination, etc. It is used to connect the distributed photovoltaic power generation system to the power grid and realizes the centralized management to distributed photovoltaic power generation.In addition,it is also an important technical means to realize the “plug and play” function of distributed photovoltaic power generation.This paper introduced the specific research contents of flexible grid interface equipment, proposed a control mode of “main control box+distributional control modules”,solved the large harmonic wave problem of distributed power generation unit when it is running under low power condition,and realized the antiislanding function at the interface.
