摘要：分析了广东粤华发电有限责任公司 ^#5，^#6锅炉回转式空气预热器漏风率过大的原因，针对空气预热器径向密封片存在的弊端和传热元件换热的特点，提出了径向密封改造方案。改造后，空气预热器漏风率下降明显，经济效益显著。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper analysis the reason of high air leakage rate of No.5 and No.6 rotary air preheater. Based on malpractice of apex seal of rotary air preheater and the characteristic of heat transfer elements, this paper brings up a radial seal transformation plan. After this transformation, the air leakage rate declined obviously.
