摘要:对长期高温运行后的HR3C钢管材进行了机械性能和金相组织检验,并与备用新管进行比较,通过试验可知HR3C钢管材的强度与备用新管差别不大,但脆性明显增加,断后延伸率及冲击韧性大幅降低,大量碳化物在晶界呈片状分布,降低了晶界强度,使材料容易沿晶界脆断。

Abstract:It has been proved that HR3C steel has good high temperature performance, corrosion resistance and welding performance, and it can be used for ultrasupercritical power plant boiler superheater and reheater tubes. It was found that there is no more difference between run pipe intensity and spare pipe intensity of HR3C, but the brittleness increases obviously,the break elongation and impact toughness significantly reduced of run pipe. A large number of grain boundary carbides in flaky distribution, which reducing the grain boundary strength and making the material easy to brittle fracture along grain boundaries.
