真空泵切换过程中真空度突降的原因分析及应对措施

摘要:燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组真空泵切换操作过程中经常出现真空度突降现象,严重威胁机组安全、稳定运行。通过分析真空泵切换操作过程中的危险点,指出了真空度突降的原因,对运行逻辑与操作票进行优化后,消除了真空度突降现象,提高了设备运行的安全性。

Abstract:The abruptly dropping phenomenon of vacuum degree often occurs during the vacuum pump switching process of gassteam combined circulating generation unit, which seriously threatens the safety and stable operation of unit. Through analyzing the dangerous points in the vacuum pump switching process, this paper pointed out the reason of abruptly dropping of vacuum degree. After the optimizations of operational logic and operation order, the abruptly dropping phenomenon of vacuum degree was eliminated and the safety of equipment operation was improved.
