摘要：

摘要：某电厂循环流化床锅炉管式空气预热器存在积灰与漏风问题，在深入分析设备结构、燃烧煤种及运行状况后，得出其主要原因为设备设计及安装质量差、暖风器运行疏水控制不当等。通过采取针对性设备检修、技术改造及引进可调频高声强声波吹灰器及新型吹灰技术等措施彻底消除了隐患，保证了机组的长周期安全、稳定、可靠、经济运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:Ash deposition and air leakage existed in a power plant’s circulating fluidized bed boiler tube type air preheater. After analyzing the equipment structure, fired coal type and operation condition, poor equipment design and installation, and poor air heater drain control are the main causes. By equipment maintenance, technology improvement and adding adjustable soot blower, the safety, satiability, reliability and cost efficiency were ensured.
