摘要:

摘要:针对1000MW超超临界机组水环式真空泵存在耗电大、效率低、维护费用高等问题,提出采用三级变频高效罗茨真空泵组的措施,并从节电率、极限真空度及适应机组真空严密性能力等方面对2种真空泵组进行了比较。改造后提高了机组的真空度,降低了机组的煤耗,提高了机组的效率。

Abstract:To solve 1000MW ultra critical units water ring vacuum pump’s problem of high electricity consumption, low efficiency, high maintenance cost, the solution of using high efficiency roots vacuum pump to instead was provided. Based on electricity saving and limiting vacuum, two kinds of vacuum pump were compared. After increasing vacuum degree, coal consumption was reduced, unit efficiency was increased. 
