摘要:某电厂对冲燃烧锅炉水冷壁管存在大面积高温腐蚀现象,根据高温腐蚀机理,从锅炉燃用煤种、炉型参数、运行情况和炉内烟气氛围等方面分析了产生高温腐蚀的原因,有针对性地提出了防范措施,可为解决此类问题提供参考。

Abstract:A power plant’s opposed firing boiler water wall was corroded in large area. Based on high temperature corrosion principle, authors analyzed the caused from coal type, boiler parameter, operation condition, innerboiler flue gas atmosphere and other aspects. Treatment was provided for reference for similar problems.
