摘要:某300MW机组热网首站汽动热网循环水泵组运行和调试时发现其#2,#3汽动热网循环水泵组管道产生振动,对可能导致振动的原因进行了逐项分析,最终找到引起设备和管道振动的主要原因为热网循环水泵底座施工不合格,小汽轮机对轮上、下口误差超标等。采取处理措施后,汽动热网循环水泵组振动问题得到有效解决。

Abstract:Analysis on the steam turbine driving circulating pumps operation and debugging in a 300MW unit heat supply network,according to the result of piping vibration in No.2,No.3 steam turbine driving circulating pumps,Studied the cause of the vibration may occur,Finally found the main factors.By taking measures to deal with, the piping vibration problem has been effectively solved.
