摘要:目前,变电站完全靠人力巡检,存在巡视到位率、巡视质量参差不齐、纸质巡视报告不易保存及分析、巡视不准确,跟踪、巡视条目遗漏,设备巡视记录不全等问题。将二维码扫描技术应用到变电站设备巡检中,使用便携的手持移动终端读取二维码标签,快速识别后进行巡视操作,并对巡视结果自动汇总,完成电子化报表。变电站手持终端巡检方案界面的设计提高了变电站巡检工作的效率,值得进一步推广。

Abstract:Substations usually inspected by manpower. Presence rate and inspection quality cannot be ensured. Inspection paper work is difficult for saving and analyzing. This paper discussed applying 2D barcode and portable terminal into substation inspection. Inspection result will be collected and generate inspection report automatically. The portable terminal and terminal interface is the keypoint of the usability of this inspection plan. Concise interface will be increase the efficiency.
