摘要:对300MW机组锅炉掺烧低灰熔点煤种进行可行性试验,研究不同负荷工况下,不同氧量及不同配风方式对炉膛各重要监视参数及锅炉结焦情况的影响。结果表明,掺烧低灰熔点煤种后,易造成锅炉受热面结焦,但通过调整配风方式,有助于减少锅炉结焦,对锅炉效率有一定的影响。

Abstract:This paper conducted a feasibility experiment on mixed burning lowashfusion coal in 300MW unit boiler and studied each important monitored parameter and boiler agglomerating under different load conditions, maximal oxygen uptake and type of air distribution. The result shows that the surface of boiler tend to coke after mixed burning lowashfusion coal. However, through adjustment of type of air distribution, coking phenomenon was decreasing, which increased the effectiveness of boiler.
