摘要：

摘要：阐述了红外热像仪的基本原理，介绍了红外热像仪在安徽华电宿州发电有限公司630MW超临界机组预防性检修中的管理方法和应用情况。通过分析一起设备异常发热事故可知，红外热像仪的应用大大提高了机组设备修后管理水平和电气热控设备的可靠性，在检修过程中起到重要作用。

Abstract:

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the basic principles of infrared thermal camera and the infrared thermal camera management methods and applications at a 630MW super critical turbine unit in Huadian Anhui Suzhou Electricity Generating Company Limited. By analyzing one case of some equipment abnormal heating to illustrate the importance of the infrared thermal camera in daily maintenance. Infrared thermal camera's applications greatly improved the turbine unit management and the reliability of electrical equipment and the thermal control equipment after maintenance.
