摘要:我国能源结构中煤炭占比在70%以上,决定了火力发电仍占电力生产的主要部分,而煤炭占火力发电成本的70%左右,因此,燃料管理就成了电力生产的重要环节,传统的燃料质检验收主要靠人和设备来完成,虽然全程进行视频监控,但作弊现象仍难杜绝,对燃料验收的公正性、准确性影响较大。燃料智能化管控系统运用现代智能技术,将燃料采制化过程进行集成布置、集中管控燃料业务流程,实现关键环节无人值守、无缝对接、实时监控,解决燃料管控难度大、风险高的问题。同时在燃料管理过程中引入计算机信息技术和二维码技术,实现煤场数字化管理,提高燃料数字化、信息化管理水平。

Abstract:Coal in China accounted for over 70%, determines the thermal power accounts for the main part of the power generation and 70% of the cost of thermal power and coal. Therefore, fuel management become an important part of the power generation. Although the entire video monitoring, but cheating is still difficult to eliminate, to fuel greater effects on the fairness, accuracy of acceptance. Fuel intelligent system using the modern intelligent control technology, will be fuel for heatengine process integration, concentrated control fuel business processes, key link unattended, high risk. At the same time the introduction of computer information technology in the process of fuel management and the code, realize the digital coal management.
