摘要:针对某新建电厂#1机组因现场总线设备网段故障,引起脱硫吸收塔液位变送器误发液位低信号,导致锅炉主燃料跳闸(MFT)保护动作,机组跳闸停运事故。通过对现场总线控制系统(FCS)逻辑组态、现场总线设备网段设计、设备安装方面的检查分析,找出误发信号的原因,提出相应的措施并予于实施,有效地解决了脱硫吸收塔液位变送器误发液位低信号,导致锅炉MFT动作的安全隐患。

Abstract:Based on the incident of a newly built power plant site fieldbus equipment segment failure caused desulfurizer absorption tower liquid level meter transmitter missend low level signal, and result main fuel trip (MFT) and unit trip, site fieldbus control system (FCS) logical configuration, fieldbus equipment segment design and equipment installation was tested and analyzed, and main caused was found. Treatment was indicated and effectively resolved the missending of low level signal. 
