摘要:某300MW抽凝式汽轮机在改造后的首次启动过程中,出现了高中压通流部分轴向动静碰磨。针对碰磨的原因进行了分析,并通过高中压通流部分各级运行间隙的计算,找出了最先碰磨部位;为今后类似改造提出了建议。

Abstract:Collision and friction happened in the highlow pressure flow passage area along shaft while the first startup of 300MW bleeder turbine after retrofit. After analyzing collision and friction causes, based on the calculation of highlow pressure flow passage area running clearance of each two stages, the first collided and fricated part was indicated. Improvement suggestion was provided. 
