摘要：

摘要：介绍了某汽轮机盘车装置的工作原理及一次齿轮严重损坏事件的经过。通过分析盘车装置损坏的启动过程曲线，确定了热工逻辑存在的一些问题。对齿轮进行补堆焊及打磨处理，并对热工逻辑进行了优化，保障了盘车装置安全稳定运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:The operation procedure of a steam turbine turning gear and the incident of serious damage were indicated. By analyzing the startup curve, problems of instrumentation and control logic were indicated. After repair welding and polish, and I&C logic improvement, the safety and stability of turning gear was ensured.
