摘要:随着空冷凝汽器管束结垢现象的日益严重,机组运行背压已远远高于设计值,机组被迫降负荷运行。干湿联合冷却系统可以降低机组运行背压,提高夏季带负荷能力。针对这一技术,介绍了干湿联合冷却系统在某2×600MW直接空冷机组中的应用,分析了其实施效果,认为该技术安全及经济性良好,具有广泛推广价值。

Abstract:With more and more serious aircooled condenser bundle deposition, unit operation backpressure is much higher than design value, and has to operate in lower load. Drywet incorporated cooling system is able to lower operation backpressure and increase load capacity in summer. The application of drywet incorporated cooling in a 2×600MW directcooled unit was introduced and analyzed. The author indicated this technology has well economic efficiency and worth widespread.
