局部油循环倍率高导致控制油油质劣化现象分析

摘要:

某燃气发电公司控制油出现油品发黑和电阻率、酸值超标等油质劣化现象,影响控制油系统部件安全稳定运行。排除局部过热的可能后,对控制油箱放油并进行内部检查,发现局部循环倍率高是导致油品劣化的原因。提出了油箱隔板改造方案,旨在消除油质劣化现象。

Abstract:

There was an incident that a gas power generation company control oil turned black, electrical resistivity and acid value over standard and other degradation phenomenon, and affected operational safety and stability of control oil system component. After excluding overheat, inner inspection of control oil tank was carried. Partial circulating ratio abnormal high is the main reason caused oil quality degradation. The improvement of providing tank baffle was introduced.
