汽轮机静叶尾部喷射除湿方法的数值研究

摘要:

基于ICEMCFD软件,针对汽轮机末级流道的湿蒸汽问题,提出了一种可用于设计末级静叶除湿结构的数值方法。对第20级流道中相变过程进行数值模拟,并设计了不同宽度缝隙的尾部喷射除湿结构。流道中的自发凝结过程,能很好地结合经典成核理论和液滴生长模型进行阐述。另外,尾部喷射除湿结构能够有效除湿。在缝宽为0.4mm时,达到最佳除湿效果。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of steam turbine end stage runner wet steam, a numerical method for end stage static blade dehumidification structure design was introduced. The 20th stage runner phase change process was simulated. Tail spray dehumidification structure with different width gap was designed. The condensation process in runner was explained by nucleation theory and droplet growth model. Otherwise, tail spray dehumidification structure is effective, and performance best when the gap is 0.4mm wide.
