二次锚网喷+锚索复合支护技术在矿井主排水泵房大断面硐室的应用

摘要:

小纪汗煤矿井下主排水泵房原设计支护方案施工工序复杂、施工工期较长、工程造价较高,严重影响矿井建井工期和投资回收。对井下主排水泵房、水仓支护工艺进行设计优化,在满足规范、标准要求的前提下,提出了二次锚网喷+锚索复合支护技术。矿压监测结果显示:该支护方案满足了硐室支护要求,保证了锚杆和锚索支护的支护质量,形成了适合小纪汗煤矿水泵房大断面复杂巷道的支护系统,有效控制了硐室围岩变形与破坏。

Abstract:

Xiaojihan Coal Mine existing underground main drainage pump house support scheme construction procedure is complicated, construction period is long, and cost is high. The overall mine construction duration and cost is impacted. The support scheme for main drainage pump house and water tank was improved. The secondary bolt net spray and anchor cable composite support scheme was introduced. Mine pressure monitoring result indicated that this support scheme satisfied chamber support requirement, ensured support quality.
