摘要:

煤矿跨巷道小岩柱立交施工技术对矿山开采具有深刻的指导意义及经济效益,肖家洼煤矿211304工作面辅运联巷在不影响21采区下运皮带正常运输的前提下,采用超前管棚、锚杆、网片、25U型钢支架、喷砼联合支护的方式安全高效的通过立交,两巷道夹层厚度为1.7m,跨度长达15m,施工巷道断面达20.1m2。掌握了矿井小岩柱快速通过立交的关键施工方案及技术,为矿井现场施工管理提供了重要的技术参考。

Abstract:

Over roadway small rock pillar interchange construction technology is profound and beneficial in coal mining. By applying comprehensive support of advanced pipe shed, rock bolt, meshes and 25U steel support, Xiaojiawa Coal Mine 211304 working face was interchanged with normally operated working area No.21 downwards conveyor. Interlayer is 1.7m thick and 15m wide. Construction section achieved 20.1m2. This construction technology is precious and can be referred by similar project.
