摘要：

三机一架(采煤机、刮板输送机、转载输送机、液压支架)是各井工煤矿生产的重要设备，三机一架在升井后必须经过维修才能投入到下一个工作面使用。在维修期间，三机一架的维修时间和维修质量直接影响着下一个工作面的生产。规范化三机一架的维修流程有利于提高维修质量和优化维修工期。就三机一架维修流程中“五清五检”的重要性进行分析，为三机一架的维修提供一条快速、简洁、高质的途径。

Abstract:

Coal cutter, scraper conveyer, transfer conveyor and hydraulic support are the most important equipment for underground coal mining. Maintenance is necessary for these equipment before removed to next working face. The duration and quality of maintenance impact the production of next working face. Standardized maintenance procedure helped improving duration and quality of maintenance. The importance of three machines and one support five clean and five inspect was analyzed. A rapid, simple and highquality approach of mining machinery maintenance was provided.
