摘要:

某电厂#2机组因右侧高压调节阀阀位反馈信号波动,引发汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)动作快关右侧高、中压调节阀,机组负荷异常波动。针对该问题,通过现场检查和分析,找出故障原因并解决了调节阀瞬间关闭安全隐患,可供设备安装、检修维护时参考。

Abstract:

A thermal power plant No.2 unit high pressure regulating valve location feedback signal fluctuated, and caused fluctuation of steam turbine digital electrohydraulic control system (DEH). By site check and analyze, the cause of this incident was determined. The potential safety hazard of regulating valve shutdown instantly was eliminated. Which could be referred for equipment installation and maintenance.
